"Just returned from a 2 week stay. Safe to say we eventually had a fantastic time but initial observations did make us question if this was the right place for us.
First impressions: Upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink or seat in reception just stood at the desk to check in online. Upon booking I had requested a ground floor room. When I asked, I was told they would let me know the following day. Never heard back. Not too much of an issue but communication would have been nice....

"I would 100% recommend this Hotel! We felt very welcomed and relaxed! The only inconvenience was a blonde waitress at the main restaurant, which was very rude to us. But outside from that, the staff was very helpful and nice! Great hotel."

"I didn’t feel this resort delivered the experience it promises as you arrive. The reception area is lovely. The room was pleasant and the balcony large but the bathroom felt tired. The staff were kind to replace my comp red wine with white which I appreciated.
I didn’t feel the staff promoted the facilities. The pool bar staff waited for you to approach them. It was mentioned in passing that the beach was through the sister hotel but no sign posts to tell you how to get there. The breakfast...

"If you get a chance to stay at Caesar’s I would highly recommend it. The place is spotless, the staff really great and the Breakfast is a ten ! Exceeded my expectations. Also the location is prefect for day trips and walking into Lindos. Thanks from Lucy and Blair in Vancouver."

"This property was fantastic! Rooms were spacious, views were stunning. Easy 20 minute walk to Lindos, many beaches within walking or driving distance. Staff was really friendly. Loved this hotel !"
