"The rooms were clean, but when my family went to the included breakfast, a large group of men cleared out all the food, and the staff refused to put out more, despite there being over an hour of breakfast left. The breakfast is included in the cost of the room, but my kids, husband, and I didn’t get to eat because of this."

"Very bad. Dirty, and smelled awful. Absolutely nothing in the "kitchenette". There was dried blood on the floor of the elevator when I got there. "

"Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. They said hat they would agree to a refund, but because I had used Expedia to book the room I would have to contact them for a refund. I did so that evening, and Expedia said that they would have to have the approval of the hotel before they could issue a refund. They said that they had contacted the hotel, and that the hotel would not agree to the refund, a direct contradiction to what I had been told by the people at the the hotel. I strongly recommend that no one should book a room at this hotel, and I strongly recommend that you avoid using Expedia. Neither the hotel or Expedia acted with honor."

"This hotel was not worth the price. The bathroom products were very low quality, the fitness room was one treadmill and one elliptical with a system set on 71 degrees which is way too warm. Breakfast on the weekends isn't served till 7am so we couldn't have it prior to our scheduled race. This hotel is nothing special for the price."

"Check-in was very easy. They reserved a quiet corner room for us. What we did not like: the room heating/Air system was very noisy and not working well. We did not like the sign saying not allow to take any food out from the breakfast area. We never stayed any hotels with a sign not allowing to take food out. If you have a handicapped member, who cannot come to the kitchen area, or who needs to go to work early, are you saying that they are not allowed to eat breakfast at the hotel?"
