"Hot tub wasnt working, purposely booked this hotel again because of hot tub. Also my lock on my door wasn't working. I had to go back to front desk over 20 times because i couldn't get the door open. Finally just left the door propped open with the medal lock thing so i wouldn't get locked out. Staff friday and Saturday night didn't try to help. Just kept giving me new key cards "

"Room was not clean. We could literally see dust and stuffs in and around the bed on the corners. Carpet was pretty old in both room and hallways. Good thing was that the bathroom was clean and fresh. Breakfast was also pretty simple without anything special. "

I did love that we could bring our dog for a very minimal cost. There is a nice area to walk her as well. Unfortunately we were on the back side and it was pretty loud and the dog kept barking. "
