In beiden großen Räumen Klimaanlage, die allerdings im oberen Schlafraum an ihre Grenzen stößt (wobei man klar sagen muss, dass 32 Grad Außentemperatur halt auch nicht grade wenig ist). "Great location and decent accommodation. However we felt the check out time on a Sunday of 10am was just a bit early. We did ask for late check out but were told no because of cleaning. We found a cafe on the corner and didn’t see anyone enter before midday so slightly annoyed."

"An amazing stay in como! You’re in the heart of everything. So close to the ferry docks and the first bus stop on the way to lenno for the villa. (Necessary to get on the first stop if you want a seat for the 1.5hr bus ride) amazing host, answered all my questions and was so kind. Check in was seamless."

"Posizione davvero eccezionale, a due passi dal centro storico e comodissima per muoversi a piedi. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è in ottime condizioni, con spazi ben organizzati e dotazioni adatte anche a una famiglia con una bambina piccola. La pulizia non era impeccabile in ogni dettaglio, ma comunque decisamente superiore alla media. "Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely save this place for our future trips and hope to come back again. Highly recommended!"
