"I was expecting charm, but this hotel was exceptional in so many ways. The service and attention to details far exceeded my expectations. What an elegant way to truly experience the past, as if we were royal guests. Beds turned down at night, with chocolate on our night stand along with boxed pastry on a tray with nicely folded napkins. Then the grand finale was the breakfast buffet, the quality and presentation was suburb. Thank you for the fond memories that will last a lifetime. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The room and bathroom were spacious enough for 2. The staff was great and helpful. There is a bar present but it’s not a true bar. A server comes from next door to pour a drink. So if a bar in the lobby is important, this hotel may not be for you. Would definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, great amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We’re certainly going back to Lisbon and the Ferraria is our place to stay. "

The room was well looked after, the breakfast was lovely with very attentive staff, and the reception staff were absolutely terrific - they went out of their way to help and we were very grateful to them. The hotel was ideally placed for getting about - near bus stops, the water etc. All in all a super place to stay."
