"The DIY breakfast is awesome, can enjoy it before heading out for the day. Every morning, getting baked goods was a surprise! Excellent staff, always willing and available to assist in any way. Excellent location, close to trams, metro, restaurants, arch. We stayed thru new years and they left us a bottle of champagne and new years swag! The little touches made our stay feel like a home, not a hotel. Highly recommend and will return on our next trip. "
