Checking in was very very easy, our conversation at check in was lighthearted and fun , the overall character of this hotel is so unique it was comforting. The halls, unusual doorways and decor all together made this a very good nights stay in Lisbon.

Room very basic and some of the stuff was damaged. There was a big crack on one if the walls. There was not a plug in the bath. Internet only in the dinning room, not in the rooms. In order to get hot water to full the tub we needed to run the water for 20 minutes!!
Great location though
I really loved my stay at this hotel as the place was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the place is within easy reach of the major attractions.
Couldn’t sleep the first night as the mattress was so hard and lumpy but no problem with being moved the next day and bed was fine.
First room was depressingly dark and dingy 2nd was a lot better. Stayed here 6 years ago and nothing has been done to the place in that time.
However location is brilliant so really you get what you pay for.
COCKROACH!!!!
sheet were dirty at our second stay there. Rooms in the halls 110 and more are old, scary, unclean and are not in a good state.
But it is very well placed. 6 minutes of walking to get to the metro station, a lot of coffee shops close
No complaints considering the cost. A clean, if a little dated hotel with helpful staff and decent facilities. If you're going to spend a lot of time at your hotel on holiday I might not recommend it, but if you'll be spending most of your time exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area it's absolutely fine

Better than 4 but not 5 stars. Good for position, shops, Metro, price.
Water took at least 5 minutes to run warm, we thought the shower was broken.
Staff friendly,.would stay again.

Not bad not good
It's ok for the money. However it's very noisy zero isolation between rooms.
Space of room is good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the property did seem a bit run down but I saw a sign that they’re in the middle of renovating, and the walls were really hollow, you could hear a lot from other rooms. However, I was outside most of the time so if you just need a place to sleep and wash, it’ll do the job
The proximity to the metro (both blue and red lines) and the price were the big positives for this hotel. If you simply need a place to sleep and a bathroom to wash in and are on a budget, this works fine. A bit run down, some cracks in the wall and water damage in the ceilings, but reasonably comfortable beds and no bed bugs. Not a great hotel experience by any accord, but it did its job as a place to rest and the price was excellent!
It was all in all good. And nothing happened. However, in often empty reception lies the keys open for all rooms where people are out. As far as i could see, that included after reception hours. Doors might aswell have been unlocked. At the same time keys were connected to a big plate. So guests couldn't take the key with them, out of the hotel

Simple accommodations. Great value in the center of Lisbon.
The smell was horrible, gave us headaches. The kitchen was dirty and lots of bugs flying around while eating. Nice staff but not a good place, no WiFi in the room, the stairs are dangers and the room is tilted and gave me Vertigo.
