"Nice modern property, good valet parking which made it easy to access by car which is not always easy in Lisbon. Staff attentive, room spacious however there were a number of little things that could be better. I found the fact the bathroom is basically in the bedroom with glass walls a bit odd, the electrical blinds seemed cool but didn’t always work which was annoying, they wouldn’t give me a locker in the spa said I should go back to my room to change! If they get the little things right...

"Un véritable 5 étoiles où le service est incroyable: on ne rationne ni les bouteilles d'eau, ni les serviettes, amenities... sourires et conseils ! De la part de tous du front desk au service de nuit en chambre avec petites attentions en plus. Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable et frais. Nous avons testé Soul Garden pour un diner et des rafraichissements l'après-midi : top (on ne se croirait pas dans un bar d'hotel)."

"It is a good property for the longer stay, but for couple of days you are better off in the hotel in downtown. This one is 45 min drive from most of historic places. "

"L‘’hotel si trova in un punto molto comodo al centro di Lisbona con la metro a due minuti a piedi. La nostra camera grande, pulita,bagno con doccia molto capiente ( peccato per la mancanza del bidè) e l’unico punto negativo. La colazione ricca con dolce e salato e poi ovviamente la gentilezza del personale che nel giorno del check out avevamo l’aereo in tardo pomeriggio quindi abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare le valigie per qui nessun problema."
