"This is a beautiful hotel the main floor and café your area are full of plants, a nice café with pleasant staff working there and even a little shopping. The rooms are good size and comfortable, but a little dated. That wouldn’t stop me from staying here. I also found the stuff to be very helpful when I needed to change a night there was no questioning. "What a lovely place to stay! The hotel is situated right above the river, with hills behind for a beautiful view. There is geothermal activity all around the property, including a vent right on the property where they will cook you an egg if you want! Two hot tubs, a little pool and a sauna complete the experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. To be honest, it's where we slept to prepare for the next day's adventure. A tasty restaurant on site with a delicious breakfast every morning....

"The instructions were not accurate in getting into the unit and it took pver 15 min to get in. The bedding was dirty and looked used. There was zero heat and was very very cold. The hot tub was not filled and warm and when i asked i was given a rude explanation on it and that thw instructions in the unit would explain. They didnt. They were not able to fix the heat and i had 2 seniors and a child ao we had to bundle up. So not worth the money. "
