"The front desk staff is excellent. However the rooms are outdated and overpriced. For a $360 dollar room for one night was extremely overpriced. The room is old, with 90s carpet, uncomfortable beds, not to mention the giant spider in our bathroom; I have photos to prove it; also the extreme dust in our bathroom ventilation. The sliding glass door to go outside would not open. I am extremely disappointed and wouldn’t want my dog sleeping there. I believe a refund would be appropriate but I doubt...

"Staff was wonderful and the property was great. Didn’t realize there was a private beach for hotel guests at the end of the driveway until the morning we were leaving. Would have been helpful to know that when we checked in."

"The room had a dense odor and was extremely outdated. I thought we were on the lakeside and yet, we were across the street in a rather run down building with uncomfortable beds. I was very disappointed in what was intended to be a romantic get away."
