"It was a great stay. The staff was fantastic! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Only two relatively minor things to note though. Maybe this is normal in London, but literally everything in the room has its own wall switch. Including the WiFi router, which took me a while to find. The TV was also on its last legs. I only used it to watch YouTube and I quickly learned that once a video was playing, even adjusting the volume was too much for it to handle and the TV would stutter at best...

"良かった点は、部屋が広いことと、キッチンや洗濯機があることです。2週間の旅行のうち1週間をホテルで過ごし、洗濯物が溜まり、外食にも飽き始めていたところだったので、自炊や洗濯ができ、お掃除も入らないので、のんびりと過ごすことができました。 改善点としては、受付がやたら厳しく、チェックアウトの時間や荷物の預かり、トイレの貸し出しなど、ことごとく断られたので、もう少しホスピタリティーがあるとありがたいと思いました。あと場所に関して、バラマーケットやシャードは近くて良いのですが、それ以外の観光地に行くにはどこに行くにもブラックキャブで片道20分ぐらいかかるので、市内観光をメインにしたい人は、テムズ川の北側にしたほうがいいかもしれません。"

The check in information appropriately noted this but finding the place to drop luggage prior to check in time was a bit confusing. Check in is 4 and check out 10, so a fairly short stay if it’s for 1 night. I would recommend some grit or non-slip strips in the shower as soap made it a bit slippery."
