"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"A spectacular river view and nice room if you pay more. Lovely gardens for the heart of the city/Wharf. This hotel could be great if it improved a few basics. Check in was poor as they migrated to a new system. We waited 15 mins as the first in the queue with no offer of a complimentary drink. The rooms need kettles. We asked 5 times before one was delivered with tea bags also requested. Only drink on offer was coffee. Breakfast at 9.30 am was stone cold as the hotel is geared toward business...

"Overall, the stay was okay. The location was great, but the room was unbelievably hot overnight. The fan provided was broken and wouldn’t run properly, and although we left the windows open, they had been closed when we returned, making it impossible to cool the room. We ended up having to wet towels just to keep cool and had a pretty sleepless night. We also had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in, which felt unnecessarily rigid."

"Originally booked twin room however at check in was given an upgrade. However the room only had one double bed and a sofa bed. We had unpacked and decided just to stay in our allocated room. We had to make up bed pillows were too soft and not much filling. No pillow cases or duvet Cover. My friend had disrupted and uncomfortable sleep both nights. Soap dispenser in bathroom near sink had not been refilled. We also hung up our towels to resume next but housekeeping had taken them away and...

"We liked the convenient location; however, the main drawback was the lack of a table and chairs where we could place our belongings or eat. There was also no cabinet for our clothes, and I was not pleased with the frosted glass walls in the bathroom."

Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited variety and quality compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The room layout was also quite unusual, with the toilet being completely separate from the sink and shower. While this may suit some guests, I found it impractical and less convenient for everyday...
