The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. "This property was nice, but not easily accessible for handicapped travelers. Unfortunately the property wasn’t very quiet. You could hear other patrons throughout the halls and that made it difficult to get a solid nights sleep. "

"Trash everywhere in the hallway, cockroach in the bathroom room, blood, and the toilet seat smell dead mouse too much noise outside the room in the hallway discussed experience"

"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

"Hotel was beautiful, clean and everyone was so friendly. My husband stayed at a Tru Hotel in Texas and loved it and that is why he booked it for me, he knew I would love it as well."

"There was a first who started screaming and banging on really and doors across the floor. This continued for 2 hours beginning around 5am. We were unable to sleep or return to sleep after the event. We brought it to the attention to the front desk but they could not do anything but apologize. "

"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way...

The breakfast was very satisfying & had something for everyone & then some! It's a place that you can feel at home but also like the guest of honor. Highly recommended for singles, couples or the whole familu. Not a decision you'll regret!"
