Khách sạn Little Italy , Niagara Falls

"The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was great. We loved the restaurants, pool and the casino. Will definitely be back!"

"The room was clean. The breakfast was good."

"We booked the balcony premium king room, it was 290$per night…The balcony was not maintained at all, there were all insect nets on the balcony bar which seems to be there for a long time, there were multiple ..Also, the table and chair outside the balcony doesn’t looked like it was wiped up..All night, there was a weird noise coming out , (it’s not Ac),we were not able to sleep at all…Bathroom was OK, the bed was average( it moves a lot when trying to get in/out of bed) -not stable at...

"My stay was extremely disappointing and the hotel fell short of my expectations. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online and were noticeably outdated. The lighting gave the room an unpleasant yellow tint and the TV didn’t work. The bathroom also had several issues. The showerhead needs to be replaced, the water pressure was only average, and the water never got hot—at best, it was lukewarm. On top of that, the sink drained very slowly. Both the rooms and hallways are in desperate need...

"Clean room and secure parking."

"An excellent place to enjoy with the family. If you are visiting Niagara Falls, you should stay here; the location is excellent and within easy walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was well-organized, but otherwise, everything was excellent."

"La propiedad está en buenas condiciones, me llamó la atención el trato seco del personal en general, desde las personas en la recepción de día y las personas del desayuno. Como extranjero uno siempre espera un trato normal o ameno!! Sin embargo esto no fue lo que vimos o recibimos."

"One of the biggest things that stood out to my family was the fact that the entire hotel including our room smelt really good. They seemed a bit understaffed, but the one person who helped us throughout our stay was great. Breakfast options were great as well!"

"Fun, unique hotel - easy walking to Falls and downtown"

"Walkable areas friendly people"

"The building is an older building not in terrible condition but needs cosmetic work. The room was neat but musty smell. Bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very conveniently located to the New York Niagara falls attractions."
