"On the day of check in, 5 hours before I had contact from the property via What's App wanting to shift me to another property in a remote location which I advised was not acceptable. I was about to board a flight to Bangkok and upon arrival there was no response. I went to the property however there was no one there apart from security. I tried calling via the What's App contact, no response. Contacted Expedia and got the Chat assistance. Ended up having to book alternative accommodation at 9.45...

Rooms are well maintained albeit walls are on the thinner side so would hear my neighbours’ conversations sometimes at night but I fall asleep easy so it wasn’t an issue for me. Rooftop bar is great for cooling down during from the intense heat of the city. "
