"The daily breakfast had many options and the food was always delicious!! The menu was a wide variety of fruit, eggs made your way, pho, steamed dumplings, bacon, sausage, breads, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee! The rooms are smallish but the bedding is so comfortable! What made my stay exceptional was the staff .. truly the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Amaya Saigon Boutique Hotel and will stay again next time I visit!! If I could give 10 stars for the service alone I would!! "

"This was unequivocally the best hotel stay I’ve heard had ever! I was here for 6 nights in March 2026. The staff are all amazing. They recognized me and referred to me by name. Super accommodating (I ran out of time on my last day and just needed a few more minutes before check out, a quick WhatsApp message solved that problem with a “sure no problem” from staff. Manager Sophie and all the countless staff seemed genuinely happy to interact with me, I booked 4 massages while here. Not every massage was perfect but that’s due to me not picking the right one for me. But that’s no judgement on the masseuse. The restaurant breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooftop bar/pool was cozy and comfortable. Staff booked many reservations for me as well (restaurant, barbershop), so nice! I feel awful that I’m not naming more staff by name. They were all professional and warm. If this is the standard for all Silverland branded properties I will be loyal to them as I return to Vietnam one day. Thank you!"

"Room was very noisy with ceiling that you could hear people walking or wood door from the room or guest’s opening or close that you could hear. Steam room or sauna small for one person. "

"Lots of stores nearby, close to major attractions. The reception staff (Nathan, Larry, Tyler and My) are attentive, very friendly and responsive. The hotel and rooms were very clean, had everything to make the stay enjoyable. Definitely would stay again. "
