"There was kids staying there for choir competition so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast as it was overrun by kids. But that was not the staff’s fault. The staff was very, very nice and accommodating to any request that we had. We would definitely stay there again."

"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return The staff was consistently unhelpful and came across as rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. The pull-out bed was in terrible condition—uncomfortable, dirty, and difficult to set up. It was nearly impossible to get sheets or pillows for it, so if you plan on using it, you’re honestly better off bringing your own air mattress. Housekeeping stops after 3 PM, which is inconvenient, and overall the staff treats guests more like a burden...

Unfortunately, I agreed to the high daily parking fee when I checked-in, and I was also ticketed by Towne Park after I had checked out for non-parking fee compliance. The Front Desk staff has been less than helpful in resolving this issue to my complete satisfaction. They pass the buck and by putting it on you to resolve between Towne...

"We have stayed here 4 times. Always clean, the staff is always very pleasant, everything, the amenities are very nice. We were here for a convention. We did not have time to enjoy the pool."
