"The breakfast was very good and the items changed daily. The room was clean. The only downfall of our stay was the shuttle which only operated at 7:10 AM and the return time was earlier than the park closures. In addition, there were no direct shuttles to Epcot. So we had to park at Epcot and Animal Kingdom, each time costing $35.00."

"Amazing hotel if staying in Orlando to go to the Disney Parks. Shuttle service as great with many drop off + pick up time to all 4 parks + Disney Springs. Staff was very nice and dinner + breakfast are included in stay and each adult gets 3 included drinks a night during the 5:30 - 7:30 PM kickback. Pool was huge with lots of lounge chairs as well. Would absolutely stay here again!!!"

Prior to speaking with her, one of the staff members Tasheika was also rude and abruptly hung up on me. When I called back to address the situation, the staff member falsely claimed that I had hung up on her instead. Rather than taking the concern seriously or attempting to resolve the issue, Jessica brushed it off and was unhelpful throughout the conversation. My concern was not simply about the...
