"We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. In the morning, the crack in the ceiling opened up and came down into the bathroom tub and they finally agreed to move us to another room. In addition the sofa bed was incredibly...

"Extremely noisy from all directions. People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to."

"Sour moldy smell coming out of air conditioner so we moved to another room which also had a filthy AC with sour air. They did come and clean off all the caked dust off the coils but smell continued persist from deep within machine. Had to sleep in a stuffy ac-less room to avoid further comprising my agitated respiratory system."

"I had been going to this location for the past four years. Steadily it has been declining. The furniture was always on the older side. (Never improved). In the beginning breakfast food was served but gradually decreased to nothing. Not even coffee or juice or water. Front desk says the kitchen was shut down 8 months ago. The room itself had an odor coming from the sink and dishwasher. Also from the AC unit. 1 out of 2 elevators worked. And Lastly the staffs attitude was unfriendly and uncaring....

"The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, (in an attached garage). The free breakfast was typical of hotel offerings. Santana Row for shopping and dining is very nice. The shops are high end."
