"Very helpful and very informative staff"

"We had a pleasant stay as always in a Marriott hotel. I have to say the rooms were kind of plain and could use some more decors to make it more peaceful and harmonious vibe. The light switches were kinda weird and one of the switch was broken but was later fixed when we got back. So, that was nice. It’s close to freeway and shopping centers in the area. Walking distance. Overall, I would stay again."

"Dirty. No breakfast as claimed to have. Terrible manager and assistant, using two big thugs to scare guests! I booked for 24 room-nights and was treated terribly! This hotel used to be a family friendly place. But current staff should not be working there!"

"Great parking and accessible to freeway and restaurants. It feels home. Front desk assigned our room for disabled. The sofa was filthy and visible wear and tear. This was my second time here. All the receptionist are friendly and courteous except one. She is unpleasant and I guessed she is not a people person. Well thank god the other staff help me to transfer to another room. I personally love this hotel. Well, we survived. Kudos to friendly and professional crews!"

"Location is convenient and parking is covered and safe. Reasonable parking fee of $15. You are close to everything without the crowds or traffic. Conveniently located near airport, SAP stadium, downtown SJ and freeways. After figuring out the front of the hotel (Google maps leads you to the connecting hotel nextdoor, their buildings are connected), checking in was easy, then brought car around back and into parking garage.
