"Very nice quiet place to stay Enjoyed our stay"

"The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room."

"This place was awful- my husband and I ended up leaving after being there for 3 hours. The room was filthy; there was mold in the shower along with pubic hairs in the bathtub. The pool area was a joke and the hot tub was yellow. The whole place smelled awful and we didn’t feel safe being there. Very shady motel. "

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

"For a quick 1-2 night stay, it was great. The room was spacious and clean and the location was great for access to Busch Gardens, Jamestown, and Williamsburg. Some downsides were that the walls are very thin. We could hear people next to us, above us, and in the hall constantly. There was a group of people opening and closing their door around midnight across the hall and it sounded like they were opening and closing our door. Not the best for light sleepers. "I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!"

"Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again."

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"
