"Beautiful place "

"The place was very nice and clean. The room was perfect and it worked out well for my cat. The only down fall was there were very few places to eat but we went to a place next door, Harrison's, qhich had very good food."

"We had to ask for clean towels, take out our own trash. We would have to ask if we needed anything because they didn’t provide house keeping every day. They only had waffles that you had to make yourself and cereal. We called before we booked the room to see if there pool was inside or outside and they didn’t even tell me that their pool was closed for maintenance. when we ask when we got there about the pool times they said it was closed for maintenance. "The staff were very friendly. The room was very nice. The shower had great pressure. I loved that the central unit had a fan mode so I could have the white noise. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I loved that they had apples and bananas out to where you can get them to go. The one minute pancake maker was awesome! We will definitely book again next time we stay in Oak Ridge."

"Cooking odors in the hallways, as if someone living on site. Room in slight disrepair, some incomplete patching after renovations, AC in our room did not work. Water did not remain hot through shower. "

"It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...

"We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. "

"The staff was polite. The pictures shown in the ‘ad’ do not look at all like the lobby nor the rooms located at the property. We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up. "
