"We've stayed at Fairfield Inns in the past and had great experiences. This time was fair. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. We paid for a long term stay and we told them we had 2 pets checking in we were not informed the second pet would be 15 dollars per day and after paying so much money they wanted to charge more. "They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "

"Stayed one night for lavender festival. Rooms were clean and comfortable but basic. I do like that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are clearly labelled so you're not caught in the the shower squinting at labels figuring out what is what! The breakfast buffet had cut oranges, bananas and apples - thank you for fresh fruit. If only we could get oatmeal or some non sugary options. Overall a good stay."
