"I stayed here for the first time on New Year’s Eve due to its convenient location near a downtown event. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless. One of the front desk team members even called my room about 20 minutes after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch. "We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside."
