"The images shown were not close to the actual lobby and rooms. Maybe they were similar 20 years ago but not today. If they showed actual images, I would not have stayed. This is what is known as a "socks hotel". You wear your socks and don't walk barefoot. This hotel, offers nightly, weekly and monthly stays. I would not recommend it."

"Gorgeous clean hotel, right near the zoo and other places. Our room was spacious and perfectly provided what we needed for a long weekend in Little Rock. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and sink in kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with a walk in shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion were all provided and were very nice when we used them. Texts were exchanged with us to check in on us if we needed anything. Will stay again if visiting the city!"

"Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

"Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

I really wanted to rate my stay at 5 stars but the light coming in from the cottage entrance next door did not allow me a good night's sleep. For most guests this would probably not matter but any light causes me to not sleep well. "Great hotel! Clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful. I had to hide a birthday surprise downstairs! Unload luggage at the check in desk because parking is around the block in garage and then you walk through a corridor to the back where the pool is. Great stay!!"
