"The hotel was great! Clean, with a beautiful lobby. The check in was smooth. The rooms and carpet could use some updating. The bathroom also could use some updating, although the very fancy bidet and little vanity extras were a nice surprise."

"Thus was our first stay in a double room! We usually stay in a king size room and have always loved the space but this time double queen, it was sooo roomy for 3 adults and we love the Fresh warm cookie and waters. The staff is always great! The only thing was when we came back to park there was only one spot in between construction stalls which others were forced to valet park! Too many valet stalls not being used."

"The location is awesome, close to all of the entertainment locations, the room and bathroom were remodelled and looked very nice, but the valet parking is expensive and the amenities are different. the coffee maker and TV are hard to work with and the mini fridge is very small and there were no mini bar as promised.
When I asked for ear pick, they were out, electric kettle were out, room cleaning was not possible unless coordinated with the front desk, and many other things."
