"This is a great spot in Palm Springs. We’ve stayed at several others and will definitely return to Mahala. Very nice staff. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub area are great. Good location. Parking is super convenient.
We really got treated well at check-in and they made a birthday celebration really special."

"This is a hotel with no staff, so there is no front desk. Everything is done online. It is a 1950's motel that has been renovated keeping a mid- century vibe. Very hip. It has a bar and restaurant open in the evenings. Mostly young couples as guests. Great location for the modern traveler."

"Definitely some drug activity going on the premises. People working on their cars in the parking lot, some guy walked past me in my car at 3 am asking if I wanted smoke, bed sucked pillows were paper thin. The room wasn’t even cleaned before I got there, the fridge was full of food and expired milk and when I went to throw it all out it spilled because caps weren’t on so essentially I had to clean the room myself.
