"Place is ok for what it is but what isn’t ok is the noise, people banging on room doors and running off! Get they do a lot of weddings but that should not be affecting the other guests staying there. Just constant noise, drink people and thud thud thud from music. The spa is inaccessible when a wedding is on due to kids!"

"We have stayed there before and no problems The food is excellent and plenty of choice At first the bed was dirty but it was cleaned and changed straight away and the lovely lady who saw to it couldn't be more apologetic The swimming pool was very crowded and In my opinion should be governed as there were no staff around The grounds are really nice and pleasant The bar area and separate seating areas and very good and we sat and watched the cup final"

"Quite run down, bathroom had mould and when you stood in the shower then bottom of the bath flexed so you thought it was going to give way. Food in the restaurant isn't great, it's ok if you really don't want to go out but there are some lovely much better places within walking distance which are also significantly cheaper, the prices in the hotel are, in my view, excessive. "The location is very central. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. the bed is comfortable and the kitchen area has everything you need. The pool and jacuzzi are nice and not busy when we went. The staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxed. The breakfast is waiter service and generous but I prefer a buffet where you can help yourself. I'm not sure whether you can have more than one cup of coffee. My key card stopped working and I had to queue for half an hour to get it...
