"We stayed one night and enjoyed this hotel. The lady who checked us in (8/7/26) was very sweet and helpful. Only complaint is I could not get her to speak up, even after telling her I was severely hearing impaired, even with my devices. That was frustrating. "This place is a JOKE. It is so expensive & it’s literally just a 5 story motel. We had to switch rooms bc the original room on the 4th floor had drywall mud all over the curtains & walls. The next room wasn’t much better, no trash can liners, that was weird. NO conditioner in the shower container, When we asked for fresh sheets and the room to be cleaned on day 2, we were told “No. That only comes with a 4 night + stay. There is no bistro.
