"The property is conveniently located in an ideal location centrally to many walkable attractions. It is on one of the most beautiful streets in the historic area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The courtyard was a relaxing retreat throughout the day. The hotel was offering breakfast that was creative and delicious. They also offered an evening wine and cheese social which provided an opportunity to meet with others staying at the property. ...

"We stayed at East Bay Inn April 2026. Entering our Deluxe King room, we discovered dozens of pet feces stains on the carpet that weren't properly cleaned. We requested another room, but they could only do that by having us change rooms on the next day or the following day. As we intended to be out walking the Historic District, both days, this wasn't an option. They offered to spot clean the carpet, but there were stains about every 2 feet all the way around the bed, so the entire carpet...

"Nice bed and good breakfasts. However, hated the spray spigots in the shower, the BR window frame was rotting, and just did not like the Bathroom at all; the AC vents were grossly dirty/molded throughout. The downstairs lobby area was very nice but everything in it’s entirety needed a good cleaning.. I would not recommend it."

It sits across the street from a beautiful park and is within walking distance to everything you would want to experience in Savannah.
