"The furniture in the room definitely showed wear, the bathtub plug did not work and at least one outlet did not work. The staff were very welcoming and friendly!"

"We had a pull out couch in our room that our 2 children were sleeping on and when we asked for pillows we were told they didn’t have any, but the next morning we saw a supply closet open with several pillows inside. We had 4 people on our reservation but only had 3 towels in our room. Most of the channels on the tv wouldn’t work. There were random paint spots on the ceiling. Peeling paint in the pool area and the room. The air conditioner in the room kept resetting itself and not cooling the room. Overall the hotel seemed to be poorly maintained."

"Breakfast was very good. I took one star off because the barn doors on the bathroom (entry of which was right next to the bed instead of the hallway) were ackward, annoying and didn’t shut completely. Privacy was lacking while using the toilet, which was a few feet from the bed. Please put real bathroom doors, instead of the bathroom sharing the hanging sliding swinging barn doors with the closet. Otherwise it was great."

Shortly after check-in, I received a personal text from staff checking in on my stay—something I’ve never experienced before. When my first night was disrupted by hallway noise, they responded immediately by apologizing, relocating me, and upgrading my room, which made a big difference. The hotel was very clean, and the service throughout was warm, responsive, and exceptional."
