Asked for a rollaway bed and was told they no longer provide them but after our long day getting back there was one sitting outside our room. Room was super clean and comfortable. "Stayed in handicap room by not picking room correctly. Clean room but had issue that the door would not close and lock would just open right up very time try to close. Told lead manager and he came over and told us we need to pull up on door and push it closed. Several times in our stay the door would just open up on its own and how is a handicap person to do this when capable person had issues.
