"The foyer area was beautiful dressed with quick snacks, beverages, fresh coffee, comfortable seating, and a pool table. It was welcoming and clean. The staff was excellent. The parking area was easily assessible and safe. "

The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

"Loved the charm of this place. It’s an old house though so comes with all of the things an old house has. Creaky floors. Super thin walls. We had our room on the main floor and could hear every single word being said by anyone in the parlor or dining room. So to the gal who was complaining at 6am in the lobby about the heat in her room… thanks for ruining both of our mornings. Beautifully designed and decorated. "The building and lobby were very nice and clean, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, our room was a completely different experience. There were pills on the floor along with a noticeable amount of crumbs and it was clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed before our arrival. Cleanliness in the rooms really needs to be improved to match the rest of the hotel."

"I stayed here as it was the only hotel in Manchester for my graduation that was available. The staff barely knew English. The rooms were dirty. We had double queen beds and was woke up to bed bugs in one of the beds we notified the manager and they said we can put you in another room where they wouldn’t know if there was more or just all stay in the other bed and they would offer 50% back on the stay. They did not give us our 50% upon checkout and the manager is never there. This place I...

"Handicap accessible room was clean with helpful fixtures throughout for added ease of use. Coffee was the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!"

"Everything was wonderful. We had one issue during our stay that was out of anyone’s control really, but the manager quickly took action and moved us to another room, which was even better than our original room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. We would have been okay without the vouchers as we were already happy with the room change but it was a nice touch and we greatly appreciated it."
