"The service at Nobu was outstanding. I had missed my connecting flight and called the hotel to cancel my dinner reservation. Isidro then arranged for a transportation from the Bilbao airport and he even had a very delicious dinner brought to my room just when I arrived (shortly before midnight). "We had a lovely time at this hotel, overall standards were excellent and the staff were lovely and v helpful. Breakfast buffet was also fantastic. Only downside was the first room we stayed in had really smelly drains so bad we had to move room.
