"Just an ok experience"

"The whole place was extremely clean! Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great location. We travel regularly to Indy so we will stay again!"

"Room needs some up grades. Carpet had stains and tears in carpet. The tub drain was clogged, When you used the shower there2 ft of water in the tub. Potentially dangerous situation."

"The Clarion was worth the price paid. Clean, well maintained, good breakfast and I slept well. I only needed a room and breakfast, so did not use the pool or workout so these amenities are above what I would have expected for the price paid."

"The hotel was close to the airport and pretty good price for just spending a few hours there before a flight. Got in the shower at 430 IN THE MORNING and realized there were no towels except a hand towel. Checked everywhere. Called the front desk who told me where they were. They were not! An unfriendly man came to the door and brought a towel. No wash cloth, nothing, and NO APOLOGY. Here."

"This is basic family accommodations with a small kitchen, laundry, and helpful staff. No breakfast served, just a coffee pot. There are restaurants nearby, and nicer ones are a 10 to 20-minute drive away."

"We stayed twice in Holiday inn and so far it was a good experience. The room is big, clean, ice staffs and we love the breakfast. Overall I highly recommend."

"We had a pleasant evening after a small hiccup not worth mentioning. We did use the pool. Was a little warm inside. Room was very clean and quiet. There was a nice selection on the breakfast buffet. My favorite were the tiny quiches. We will definitely think of Springhill when searching for our next hotel."
