Really nice hotel, centrally located in Lubljana. Staff friendly and helpful and all have good English. Bar prices very reasonable and service good. Nice room, comfortable bed, tea and coffee in room and refreshed daily. Hotel arranged shuttle from and to airport at very reasonable rate. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Ljubljana pedestrian zone. The room was a little small but very nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! We had some problems with the internet dropping off repeatedly. The service checking in and parking our car was excellent.

Buen hotel con todas las comodidades, una cama muy cómoda, con un amplio baño, un closet con espacio suficiente. Ofrece un desayuno muy completo. En una ubicación muy céntrica, muchas opciones para buscar comer o bien tomar alguna bebida. También están cerca, tiendas, farmacia o cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. Sin duda muy buena opción, un lugar muy seguro para caminar.

Hotel in ottima posizione. Colazione con buffet molto fornito. Nella camera però ho trovato il condizionatore pieno di polvere e nelle dotazione per caffè e te ho trovato 2 confezioni di cream per il caffè scadute. Un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe fare attenzione a queste cose

Excellent location. Very close to the old town (3 minute walk to the triple bridge). The staff were nice, you get free breakfast and it was very good quality. I would highly recommend.

We stayed in the deluxe room and this was excellent - really comfortable. Great location from the centre, nice bar in the hotel and lots of nearby bars and restaurants.

I must express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. Despite having to change my dates and request an early check-in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Although my booking was prepaid and non-refundable, they graciously adjusted my reservation, providing me with rooms two days earlier than the booked dates. Upon check-in, the staff extended further assistance, allowing us to settle in a few hours ahead of schedule. Additionally, as we had an early morning flight on the day of departure, I had requested a breakfast packet. Unfortunately, there was a slight oversight in the kitchen, and the packet was not prepared. However, the sincerity and professionalism of the front desk staff in rectifying the situation were truly commendable. They offered us some alternatives as to compensate, which I declined as their genuine concern and proactive measures left a lasting impression on me.

The lobby and placement of the hotel in the city centre is briliant. I would absolutely go back, but the room was kind of worn. The sockets were loose from the wall, and lamps were not attached. Service was good, and all staff were friendly. BUT - The breakfast was INCREDIBLE!! We had a room towards the back, and the view was terrible, and allso they were building something back there so a lot of noice. Ask for a room facing the street.

Room was very small. Shower cubicle leaked to bathroom floor. Coffee machine at breakfast required very long time in queue to obtain coffee.

The hotel and staff were excellent. My room was absolutely perfect and large compared to many European hotel rooms. The hotel is a little bit of a walk to the Old Town - about 15 minutes but flat walk.

Super location and friendly staff
Perfect location. In the heart of the city can walk to everything! The hotel was clean but the furniture in the rooms was dated. Reminded me of furniture from the 1980’s but was clean. Friendly staff! Breakfast was amazing. The lounge in the hotel was great also. I would stay here again. No parking onsite but for €28 a day, we drove up to the front and dropped our keys with the desk. They would park our car and retrieve it for us whenever we needed it. We o Lu used the car to drive to Lake Bled and Postjana Caves.

주차 : 일단 요일에 따라서인지 시간에 따라서 인지 숙소로들어간가는 일부 길이 폐쇄되어 있습니다. 그래서 구글을 보고 찾아 갈 수 없어요. 호텔에 걸어 갔더니 다른 구글 위치를 알려 줬고 그 위치를 통해 숙소 앞까지 겨우 진입할수 있었습니다. 숙소 근처에 주차 공간이 있는 것이 아니라 앞에 주차하면 직원이 옮겨주고 주차비를 28유로를 지불했습니다. 호텔 소개 란에 더 명확인 설명해 놓아야 할듯 합니다. 위치 : 루블라냐를 구경하기 좋은 위치는 맞습니다. 서울로 치면 명동 한복판 같은 느낌? 난방청결조식 좋았습니다. 약간 오래된 고급 호텔 같은 느낌이었어요

Just an amazing hotel. Staff was great, room Was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was amazing! 25 minutes from airport and less than 5 minutes from all the sites you would want to see.

Great location. Great coffee shop/restaurant in building, very walkable location. Rooms are pretty small. If your room is facing the space in-between buildings which overlooks their delivery, trash, staff area, it tends to get a bit noisy every morning, so wear earplugs or request a room on a different side.

Fijn hotel, prima bed en goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Ingang is per auto moeilijk te vinden, omdat het in voetgangersgebied ligt. Als je graag met het raam open slaapt zou ik een kamer aan de achterkant vragen, aan de voorkant is veel lawaai. Met het raam dicht hoor je echter vrijwel niets. Valet parking is heel fijn en niet veel duurder dan een parkeergarage.

When your room is hotter than the sun!
Location: great. Staff: flippant. Rooms: hot Overall: meh We stayed for two nights. The hotel reception is pretty new and sleek, the rooms slightly tired. We ended up in a room with the ‘inside courtyard’. A greenhouse. Night one we slept with both windows open, the air con on (not working) and all 3 radiators off. It’s still hotter than the sun in the room (it’s 3 degrees outside). We were then moved into a smaller room and only offered a fluffy elephant as compensation by the girl on the desk. Finally after half a day of back and forth, we got a room the same size as paid for with an actual outdoor window to let some air in! Bring a fan if you’re staying, you’ll need it!

Hotel SLON last weekend
Overall, a good experience. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, a great variety of food during breakfast - tick. However, my friend needs gluten free diet and availability of such products was not obvious. When he asked for gluten free bread, it took a while for the staff to bring it over to the table. Other than that a positive experience.
