"The room was neat and tidy, Nigel greeted us warmly and welcoming, the hotel was placed well for us in town, although the parking was sometimes chaotic we always found a parking space by our hotel or close, our room was always clean and topped up with tea and coffee regularly, and we were left to do our own thing, would definitely highly recommend this hotel, and hope to go back there next year"

"Lovely bed and breakfast just off the centre of Llandudno. Very clean, breakfast was lovely and the place was very quiet despite being a couple of minutes walk to the shops and pier. Free parking available for 3 cars around the back of the property. Recommended."

"Met by the owner , very pleasant, very nice entrance hall, Shown to our room, which was very impressive, plenty of coffee and tea ,plus freash milk every day.The bed was a super king size nice and comfy. The bathroom was very up to date with a shower with power and heat. Very quiet too. Perfect stay."
