"Charming B & B. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order. On street parking could be hit and miss depending on when you returned to the B & B. However, once it got past 5pm, there were plenty of spaces available. Would definitely recommend this property."

"A very nice hotel.Kris and Erin are the owners and are brilliant.Will defo be going back.Food choice excellent.Choice off menu they dont rush you.Fresh orange,apple juices every morning.Rooms clean and tidy every morn with fresh tea,coffee,milk.Plus a radio.Very ideal for peace and quiet easy walking distance into Llandudno.Every shop u can think off is there plenty off cafes.I highly recommended if you want to go somewhere weather was an absolute scorcher.Open bus guide is a must have "

"Close to the beach. Walking distance to the pier. Has free parking at the rear and street parking around the property is also free. Clean and lovely common arrears & room. Booked the sea view room which was quite lovely "

"Warm, welcome, hospitality superb,great imfomation book in room, honesty bar was FAB,great facilities, superb,breakfast -great produce,excellent service, Room 2 was beautiful, beautiful gardens with nice sitting areas ,1st visit here, and to llandudno, will certainly be back,will tell all my collegues , only Down side is, book restaurants ahead of holiday."

"Outstanding venue, reflected by the many 10/10 reviews given. Rhein & Theresa were excellent hosts, and helpful guides on local walks, restaurants and places to visit. Rooms were like new. Good selection of breakfast options, and cooked to perfection every one of our 5 days (especially the full breakfasts and omelette, and piping hot). The free parking was a bonus and hassle free. Great views over the pier, and bay. Ideal location to walk around (5.5 miles) + over the Great Orme (4 miles,...
