"Lovely last minute stay. A short walk to town centre and pier. Hotel was very dated and the rooms definitely need sprucing up. However it was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Bar prices very reasonable, and the breakfast was awesome. We were going to use the pool but changing rooms were under maintenance and we didnt fancy rocking up to reception in our swimwear! Staff lovely and friendly. We did not use rhe car park, we parked on the side street until 4pm then main road...

"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"Large, comfortable and clean room with all the required amenities. Staff were excellent and very friendly as well. Location was great across Swallow Falls and have ample of parking. Will just need to validate your car with reception if staying over. Highly recommend and will stay again if we are back in the area "
