Muy muy sucio y todo muy muy dejado.

Sitio muy poco serio y sucio. Ya desde la misma recepción hace el horario que le da la gana, no estan a la hora de los horarios que pone por la cuál ya llegas y no hay nadie. Y hay un teléfono de contacto para cuando no están pero es mentira porque no se molestan en cogerlo nunca por lo cuál hay que esperar las horas que quieran ellos hasta que les de por venir para poder entrar. Luego todos los apartamentos las puertas forzadas que han intentado entrar a robar o han robado directamente no hay ninguna entera. El apartamento por dentro pues no e visto nada igual nunca, mobiliario roto, camas viejas sucias, colchones de muelles rotos, sábanas y toallas sucias. paredes rotas, sucias pero negras y con cosas de líquidos manchadas las paredes, puertas interiores pestillos rotos, tv de 19 pulgadas en un apartamento de risa. Y luego en los ascensores donde está el vestíbulo en evidente el olor a orina que viene del parking el cual pues es un lavabo público donde el suelo y las paredes desprenden olor.

Horrible

Appartement avec toile araignée, eau et miettes sur le sol au niveau du frigo, impossible de dormir coup dans les portes, personne qui squattent les couloirs vers 3 h du matin sans que personne ne disent rien, à fuir si vous êtes en famille.

Is not like they show on pictures, place is dirty , parking is almost impossible, no one at counter to help , and the most noisy place we’ve ever been. We lost money on this place as we booked for 6 nights and only were able to stay one , off course no refund from them.

Près de la plage. Mais pas propre.

L’appartement est près de la plage. Mais nous n’avons pas pu prendre le studio avant 16:00 car il n’etait Pas propre... En arrivant après 16:00 le studio était toujours sale et parterre sa collait. On a donner nous meme un coup de balais et serpillière... même les services, assiettes etc.. étaient pas très propre. Si je devais retourner à Iloret je ne retournerai pas dans cette hôtel malgré son bon emplacement. Wifi payant. 15€ par personne pour une semaine....

Apartamento super mal nos dieron una habitación que estaba con problemas con la luz saltaba los diferenciales por falta de fuerza, si te ponías a cocinar no iba el aire acondicionado y así con más cosas, la antena de la tele estaba rota no pudimos ver la ni la TV, en definitiva no volvería.

Bon plan , à 5-10 minutes à pied de tout

Bon plan. À 5-10 minutes de tout . Rue bruyante mais c'est la fête à Lloret de Mar :) Nous aussi on a sûrement fait du bruit. L'accueil était sympa. On dirait des appartements de cité universitaire. Sympa pour séjourner dans l'optique d'aller faire la fête. On y retournera avec plaisir. Merci

Pas cher mais très bruyant et étriqué

Pas cher, mais nous avons eu l'impression de dormir dans une toile de tente pour l'isolation phonique. La porte de garage est très lourde et fait vibrer tout l'immeuble à chaque manoeuvre. La gestion du chauffage est hasardeuse, soit on étouffe, soit on gèle. Le parking a le mérite d'exister mais si vous avez un véhicule long ou encombrant, passez votre chemin car la rue est assez étroite et il faut manoeuvrer plusieurs fois pour entrer dans la rampe (nous ne sommes pas les seuls car nous avons entendu tous les conseils de manoeuvre des gens depuis notre lit...).Une fois dans le parking, rebellote... tout est étriqué et il faut une bonne dose de motivation et de dextérité pour trouver une place où le véhicule n'empiete pas sur une place voisine à cause des poteaux. Bref, si vous êtes jeune avec une petite voiture pour passer une semaine à faire la bringue, ça passe. Mais, pour une famille avec 2 petits bouts, il vaut mieux chercher ailleurs pour le calme et le repos. Sinon ce n'est pas trop mal situé, pas très loin de la plage et des bars. Mais la rue n'est pas top et malgré qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un gros axe il y a beaucoup de passage (bruyant).

Appartement 4 personnes

Séjour en Aout 2013 en famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants, 10 et 12 ans ) L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et situé à 300 mètres des plages. Les commerces, boites de nuits, bars, etc, sont à deux pas de l'hotel. Seul bémol, ne pas vouloir dormir avant minuit...Car la population ( jeune ) se prépare avant de sortir. et cela se fait entendre. Mais bon, c'est LLoret del mar...Ville très festive en été.

NEVER AGAIN

5 NIGHTS STAY. NOBODY COMES TO CLEAN THE ROOM OR CHANGE OUR TOWELS. THE HOTEL IS IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY. 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH. PARKING IS AVAIBLE FOR 20 USD SURCAGE.
