Receptionist was absolutely fantastic - so helpful. The hotel is spotless and sparkling. Food in the evening (buffet) is not for the UK palate I think - I ate there one evening and didn't enjoy it. Breakfast okay. Waiting staff excellent. To get nice eating places a walk into Lloret is needed, but it is a really easy walk.

No free parking, which was a big factor in my choice to book this hotel. There was a car park, but it was full, I would have needed to book it before I arrived (this was not stated anywhere) and it would have been for a few.

Cet hôtel est parfait pour un long séjour, mais même si Lloret de Mar est une destination pour faire la fête, cet hôtel devrait rester un hôtel familial. En centre-ville, il y a suffisamment d'hôtels pour les fêtards. Le personnel est aimable et a su répondre à nos interrogations. Les deux piscines sont excellentes, une pour les adultes et l'autre pour les enfants. La chambre était propre mais mal insonorisée. La salle de bain était trop petite pour accueillir trois personnes.

Les lit sont inconfortable ce sont des lit à ressort ou quand on est dessus on ressent chaque ressort. Deuxième point on a du payer le frigo ce n’était pas indiquer on nous a fait payer 2€ les dix sur le premier jour car on c’est renseigné à 23h50 le temp des explications il était minuit mais on a du payer 2€ supplémentaire… ha et pour un frigo qui fruit et qui ne fonctionnait que partiellement Si vous partez entre amis le vigile sera votre pire ennemi il c’est permis de rentré dans notre chambre à de multiples reprises sans raison on se fesais engueuler pour de la musique alors que c’était l’étage du dessous Si vous désirez une couette un coussin ce ne sera pas possible Si vous prenez l’option repas du soir sachez que les boissons ne sont pas compris dedans Il a de la moisissure sur le plafonds du réfectoire également et le ménage dans les chambre était fait de manière très partielle les serviettes changer les lit fait et cela s’arrêter là je suis assez dessus et les repas sont vraiment pas très bon également On avait également le pommeau de douche qui partait en vrille

Zwembad veel te klein voor het aantal gasten wat verblijft bij het hotel. Daarnaast niet voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor eigen gasten wat betekend dat je meerdere rondjes moet rijden voor je een plekje vindt in omgeving van het hotel. Ook met het ontbijt was er niet voldoende plek waardoor je in de rij moest staan tot er gasten klaar waren. Personeel is vriendelijk en probeert je snel en correct te helpen, helaas zijn de voorzieningen en faciliteiten er niet naar. Kamers,handdoeken worden wel elke dag verschoond wat fijn is. Op afbeeldingen van het hotel etc oogt alles groter maar vergis je niet. Wij zijn geweest met twee kids in de leeftijd van 10 en 8 jaar.

Hôtel où séjourner en famille mais...

Hotel familiale pour un séjour plus calme que dans la plupart des hôtels à proximité. Toutefois, les cloisons sont mal isolées et on entend le moindre petit bruit, surtout les canalisations d'eau et les pas des résidents. Pour couronner le tout, le coffre fort de notre chambre émettait des bip au milieu de la nuit sans comprendre pourquoi ! Les lits sont tout juste comfortables. Demandez une chambre côté piscine pour éviter le bruit de la route très passante. Les chambres sont propres et nettoyées chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner très copieux (avec du gâchis) manquait pour nous de saveur avec des boissons imbuvables, mais des fruits plutôt bons. Une piscine pour enfants très appréciée. Le personnel est très serviable. Si vous venez en voiture, réservez une place au parking de l'hôtel car il est très difficile de trouver une place dans ma ville à moins d'être très patient.

La struttura è in una posizione gradevole, vicina a tutto, la piscina è molto bella e pulita ed ha tantissimi lettini, forse un centinaio, questo consente di trovare sempre posto, quello che non mi è piaciuto e che la mia camera venisse pulita intorno alle 13.30 e per tre volte non ci hanno lasciato la carta igienica e quindi abbiamo dovuto chiederla noi.... La cucina del ristorante non era male ma alcune piccole accortezze avrebbero reso il tutto migliore, come un carrello per lasciare i piatti sporchi, essendo a buffet per cambiare il piatto bisognava chiamare il personale che spesso faceva "forse" finta di non sentire, il clima tra il personale era sempre teso ed ogni volta che ringraziavano o salutavano a denti stretti che sembrava più un vaff... Nel complesso siamo stati bene, ma piccoli dettagli e piccole attenzioni potrebbero rendere il tutto migliore.
