"7th floor rooms aren’t very convenient as You need to take 2 separate lifts at opposite ends of a corridor to access your room. During my stay, one of the only 2 lifts to 7th floor was out of action so getting to and from breakfast in the mornings took too long. I tried taking the stairs but once in The stairwell, you can’t get out except thru emergency fire exit doors on ground floor to the street - I couldn’t get back into the rooms corridor. Other than this the room was as great. Pretty basic...

"Zimmer waren sauber, Größe gut und funktional, Personal nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. , Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und reichlich, viel Bio. Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Der Service war diesmal ( wir waren schon über 20 mal zu Gast dort) nicht so toll. ZImmerschlüssel mit Namen vom Vorgänger lagen noch zur Begrüßung da, Kann mal passieren wäre auch nicht der Rede wert. Aber die Kaffetabs wurde am zweiten Tag erst nach Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Wasser nur gegen Aufpreis. Wenn man die Preise um 30% erhöht sollte man nicht am Gast sparen. Aber das Berliner Leitungswasser soll ja ganz gut sein.
