"The room we received was not a studio as advertised and even as stated in the reservation confirmation. A basic room with a matrimonial bed and auxiliary bed in the basement, instead of the upper floor appartment the Expedia listing showed. The room was clean, and aircon was a blessing, but it was not possible to bring auxilliary bed with pull-out frame onto a level sleeping height, it remained step-up for our entire stay, making it tough nights for the 3rd person. "Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe am See und in Kürze ist man auf dem Piazza Grande und im Zentrum. Für Ausflüge in der Region perfekt. In der Wohnung hat es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle mit grossen Schränken und Kommoden ausgestattet.
