"CALL AHEAD IF YOU NEED TO ARRIVE LATE. Staff was very helpful so not upset, but the central office said we could arrive late in the evening, and when we showed up they labeled us a no show. So, call them directly if you will be arriving late. Great hotel stay. "

"The property was great, staff was fine. Not much interaction while checking in. That was the only time we talked to anyone. The room was clean and quiet. Lot of options for eating and shopping. Very close to downtown. Getting into the property was tricky. Overall an enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is very hip, modern and has great facilities. They are very popular so the rooftop bar was packed and we couldn’t go in. Also staff is not easily accessible because of the business model but once you reach them they are very helpful. "

"Quiet area with convenient access to downtown Charlottesville and surrounding areas. Excellent location for those travelling with a dog (clean pet area in back of hotel and walking areas in adjacent UVA campus). Disappointed that the gym was not available. Also, some staff was friendly, but others weren't as pleasant as I would expect of those in the hospitality industry. For example, the employee at check in was involved in a conversation with a co worker about personal matters while checking...

"This was my second stay at the hotel, and if I go to Charlottesville again, I will stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
