Khách sạn Locust Paradise , Hồ Pocono

"No contact stay and wonderful location and modern room with comfortable bed."

"Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in"

"Room/suite was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty setting. The continental breakfast hot food wasn't very good."

"We stayed in a single room. It was adorable and clean. The property is lovely."

"Great hot breakfast, especially the cheese omelets. Tasty sausages, fast pancake machine. Coffee machine that grinds each cup fresh, that is awesome. Staff very friendly and eager to help."

"Our only complaint is the bed in room 460 was terrible…very hard, we did not sleep comfortably for the 2 days that we stayed. We decided to tough it out but if our stay was longer we would have changed rooms….other than that everything else was very maintained."

"If your AC unit stops working in the middle of the night while you are staying with your family and young children, the response you expect from a hotel manager is 'Sorry, we can't help you with this.' This is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable management. You are in the hospitality industry, yet you operate with zero hospitality, empathy, or accountability."

"This place looks and feels post apocalyptic. It’s priced in a way that should include amenities that aren’t open."

"Good location"

"Very relaxing and what you see is what you get."

"Loved it my kids love it aswell staff was great wish to comeback in the summer"

"First room was full of stains and sticky. Asked for a new room, still had stains but not as bad, and not sticky. Could tell they had bedbugs at one point. Got rid of them, but kept the same sheets with the little black stains. Even the shower curtain had black dots on it. There was black mould in the bathroom vent, so they removed the vent switch so you couldnt turn it on."

"Property is ran down entrance of room made you want to turn around before entering room. Huge rusted spots on entrance room door. Up on opening the door dirty muddy stained over ran down carpet. Makes the room appear old. We stayed in Diana’s room first time was excited. Went in pool had to come out looking at sucktionin pool dirty and brown. Mirror spotted fire place rusted and dirty. Room was clean but everything felt dirty after all that. Beautiful potential but need help. Spoken to wait...

"The front desk staff were excellent—very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience!"
