"This was a great stay. The staff was amazing. The property is beautiful. Although it wasn’t close to downtown, I preferred that since I mostly wanted to rest. So if you’re looking for something not in the immediate tourist area, this is perfect for you. While also noting that a popular shopping center is a short walk away, if you need anything and wanted a quieter day. . "The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water. The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety. On the positive side, the bartender was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful. The room and the property itself were fine to stay in, but the overall experience...
