"Can't beat the location. The property was quiet. It's old but was clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. My room had a view of the office building wall next door and the mechanical equipment. Not great. The only real issue was the room was not ready by check in time, 2pm. They held my bag and requested that I return at 2:45. Still wasn't ready but was before 3pm. I'd stay there again if in Brisbane though."

"My partner and I stayed at Oaks on Charlotte for a holiday and a major event in Brisbane, and it completely ruined our trip. The plumbing here is a literal safety hazard. The shower constantly violently fluctuates between freezing cold and scalding hot water every few seconds. I had to physically jump out of the shower to avoid being burned, which made showering in 15-degree winter weather absolutely miserable. "Property is starting to show it's age now. Broken fittings and fixtures common in most of the apartments I have stayed in the last 12 months. There also appears to have been several changes in management in this time which meant that the necessary maintenance of fixtures and fittings hasn't been a priority. It's still a very good option compared to staying in a hotel room. Some attention to the details however would make it a better place to stay."

"My colleague had a very disappointing experience at Kooii Apartments. She checked in at around 7:30pm and was told by reception that no staff would be available after 8pm. When she entered the apartment, she found that one of the bedrooms was locked. She also discovered that the balcony sliding door was broken and could not be locked properly.
