"super friendly and helpful staff. equipment could do with some upgrades. on-switch in the kettle in my room was partly broken. kitchenette in my daugther's room couldn't turn - which meant the cabinet door was in the way of the microwave oven which therefore can't be open."

"Stated for one night with my teenager daughters. We were at a concert at Wembley so the location was convenient for the underground. Room was ok, beds comfy (but very squeaky frames- if someone moved in the bed it was loud). No air con in the room but they provided a fan."

"I stayed for 2 nights and found the room was very clean and comfortable. I did read reviews of people saying the beds were small but I had no trouble and I'm 5ft 10 and weigh 15st. The air con was much needed too, especially in the heat we have had/having. Location wise is fantastic. Right next to the underground and a 24/7 supermarket.
