"The staff was very kind, and they will store your luggage if you arrive before check in or leave after check out. The hotel is right next to a metro station and cafes, so it was very conveniently located for our overnight stay in London."

"Good location from downtown London. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Biggest issues is that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the third floor was unbearable hot. A small fan was provided was not helpful. The room also faced the main street which was very noisy, so keeping the window open was not ideal. Would only recommend staying here during the colder months."

"This is a beautiful property in central London with a great history. The student room with ensuite was great, the only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. Very helpful staff and the access to a dining hall and student cafe was practical."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a holding deposit that had not been mentioned in the listing or prior communication. With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice.
