"Location is great, the Waterloo station and Westminster station are walking distance. Staff is very friendly, always looking to help you. They have a cool feature of tap water and seltzer water you can fill up your bottle on each floor. I would recommend to stay here."

"This hotel was terrible. No mini fridge. The room didn’t get cleaned properly- crumbs and stuff under the rollable bed. I had left a glass in the shower - it stayed there for the entire duration of our stay. The bathroom has mold. Had to ask for a fan more than once despite the heatwave. The room ..."
