"Slightly spooky dark lift and then dark corridor led to a noisy bedroom ( both street noise and the corridor itself ) which feels a bit worn and was also so dark needed to use a torch to open the safe. Bed not comfy. Staff lovely. Breakfast excellent."

The shower water spread throughout the bathroom, so we had to make a barrier with towels to keep the floor dry, which meant we had to keep asking for more towels.
