"The location of this Inn is terrific. Lots of really good restaurants within a short walk. Staff are friendly and even let us check in early. The room was on the small side and could use a decor refresh but it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again."

"Great location 5 minutes from Pimlico tube station on the Victoria Line. Victoria 15 minutes walk away as is Buckingham Palace. Hotel is functional but room very small and the en suite was not fit for purpose with toilet 10mm from wall so difficult if you are 6 foot. As we were on ground floor quite noisy with people walking through reception and walls were quite thin. Room was clean and the staff in reception friendly. The room rate was chunky in relation to the size. "

"I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff, cleanliness and location. The hotel was a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and other underground lines. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water seemed to heat up quickly and stay hot. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything I needed for a 2-night stay and served its purpose for a solo traveler....

We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. After worrying we’d turn up with nowhere to stay we contacted Hotels.com who contacted the property who then confirmed ‘they couldn’t find our booking’ and were now fully booked. "A few small steps away from being a decent place to stay. Keyless entry worked well. It's on a fairly busy road (most are in London) so it was a little noisy, but fairly common in London. Things to fix: No TV aerial Tap fitting was really loose. 2 min job to tighten up No cup or tea making facilities (only a kettle) Wall a little dirty/mouldy higher up"
